Mentor Agreement Contract

Children’s Business Fair Partnership with Dallowry. This agreement is made between the applicant, henceforth referred to as "the Mentor," and Dallowry, henceforth referred to as "the Organizer," for participation in the Children's Business Fair Mentorship Program.

1. Overview of Responsibilities:

The Mentor agrees to provide guidance, expertise, and support to the participants during the event using age-appropriate language and adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by Chisholm Creek Academy.

2. Event Dates:

The Mentor is expected to be available on the dates they have registered for and have been approved to attend.

3. Code of Conduct:

The Mentor agrees to maintain a professional demeanor and respect all participants, staff, and other mentors. The Mentor must always be in the presence of another adult when working with children. The Mentor understands that their interactions may be videotaped for quality assurance and potential future marketing materials.

4. Termination Clauses:

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

5. Legal Aspects:

The Mentor agrees to adhere to all laws and regulations relevant to their participation.
