Philbrook isn’t just another project to us—it feels like home turf with a bigger canvas.

We live and breathe the world of timeless things—running an antique mall, working with vendors who know the weight of history, and seeing how legacy shapes identity every day. Pair that with the time we’ve spent wandering museums across Europe—Paris, Venice, Bologna, Verona—soaking up centuries of design, architecture, and storytelling, and you get a team that knows how to build brands with soul, not just style.

We’re here to take everything we’ve learned from the old-world charm of vintage craftsmanship, mix it with modern systems that keep your team free to create, and give Philbrook an identity that feels as rich and alive as the art you house. We’ll make “art museum” mean something bigger—timeless, a little playful, and impossible to ignore.

Ben Gardner- Quality Control

Ben is the last line of defense before anything leaves our shop. He zooms in where others gloss over, checking every pixel, link, and automated sequence like it’s mission critical—because it is. If it doesn’t meet Dallowry’s standard, it doesn’t get delivered.

Philbrook deserves more than a new logo.

We’re submitting two distinct yet complementary logo ideas, both rooted in Philbrook’s timeless elegance while offering modern versatility.

The Classic “P” with Toile Design – This version uses the negative space inside the “P” as a window into the Philbrook experience. The toile illustration highlights the vibrant and eclectic “menu” of what visitors can enjoy—art, history, gardens, and events—providing instant context and curiosity.

The Classic “P” with Garden Tribute – In this design, the “P” frames a stylized garden pattern inspired by Philbrook’s renowned grounds. This version can adapt beautifully into an animated logo, a stand-alone brand mark for merchandise, or a versatile graphic for flyers, signage, and digital use.

These are early drafts, but they show the creative direction we envision—something timeless and iconic that invites exploration, reflects Philbrook’s personality, and avoids trends that fade. The negative space “window” approach ensures flexibility, creativity, and brand storytelling in a single mark.

Mini Case Study

We're Familiar with Legacy Building

Antique malls often feel stuck in the past—no logo, no website, no real organization. We knew there was a better way to make the experience approachable, community-driven, and still feel elevated and timeless. We built The Griffin Antique Mall’s brand to be warm, fun, and a little unexpected—welcoming both seasoned collectors and first-time visitors.

The results speak for themselves: sales and foot traffic grow on average 30% month-to-month, vendors thrive with less admin work, and a fully integrated website extends the mall’s reach far beyond Edmond, OK. What was once a dated model is now a thriving cultural hub powered by design, storytelling, and smart systems.

Mini Case Study

From side hustle to a booked-out

Rose Cleaning began as a one-woman side gig with great service and loyal clients but zero brand presence, no website, and no system to handle bookings. Every job meant endless texts, manual follow-ups, and missed opportunities. We transformed the business with a clean, modern logo, a professional website with seamless booking forms, and an AI webchat assistant that answered questions and scheduled jobs 24/7. Calendar automations took over reminders and follow-ups, freeing up time to focus on delivering exceptional service. Within months, Rose Cleaning grew from solo to multi-team, with rave reviews, steady bookings, and a brand that finally matched the quality of their work.

Our Deliverables

- Brand strategy, logo concepts (2-3 choices), timeless color palette.

- Photography & drone content capturing Philbrook’s soul.

- Mobile-first website redesign (with 2 layout choices)

- Automated workflows for tours, membership, follow-ups.

- Brand systems that keep everything consistent but never rigid.

Our Process

We’re not in the business of throwing a logo on a page and calling it done. Our approach for Philbrook is about connection—building a brand that feels authentic, approachable, and impossible to ignore because it’s rooted in what people actually think and feel. We’ll dig in first: real surveys, real interviews, real feedback from locals, members, and out-of-towners to uncover the truths driving Philbrook’s reputation. From there, we’ll shape the tone, visuals, and web experience to match—clean, timeless design that looks just as good on a phone as it does on a billboard. Every element will flex with context and time, meaning the brand can live comfortably on a museum wall, a social post, or a festival banner without ever feeling out of place. We’ll partner with your team on copy so the voice feels 100% Philbrook, and we’ll build the smart systems under the hood—automated onboarding, booking tools, follow-ups—to keep everything humming while you focus on creating unforgettable experiences.

Philbrook deserves more than a new logo.

You deserve a legacy brand that makes people choose you first—every weekend, every event, every season.

You need something that allows patrons to get a glimpse into what Philbrook is about and what is one the fun menu. Our initial thought is a timeless "P" with classic toile style artwork showcasing a particular element of your museum depending on the usage and placement. This allows you flexibility, creativity, and context without a logo that will fade with trends and time.
