What is the Children’s Business Fair?
The Children’s Business Fair is an event where young entrepreneurs get the opportunity to launch their very own startup business. Children create a project, develop a brand, and build a marketing strategy, culminating in a one-day fair to sell their products.
What are the mentorship events?
We offer multiple mentorship events to help participants prepare. These include 1-on-1 coaching sessions and judging the booths on the day of the event.
How do I become a mentor?
If you’re interested in becoming a mentor, you can apply through our landing page. Applicants will be vetted to ensure they are a good fit for the program.
What qualifications do mentors need?
Mentors should have experience in entrepreneurship, business, or a related field. A passion for working with children is a must!
What are the responsibilities of a mentor?
Mentors guide the children in business planning, marketing strategy, and product development. They are also available during specific events for Q&A sessions.
How are judges selected?
Judges are selected from a pool of experienced business professionals and entrepreneurs. Each pair of judges will evaluate the businesses based on a set of criteria.
